You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order, and orders will be processed immediately, although some breed-specific items may take an extra week for delivery as they are often made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, even though we will attempt to ship your order within 48 hours.

We guarantee our products to be 100% satisfactory. Return any items purchased from us that prove otherwise. We will gladly exchange them or refund your money promptly. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered.
